Fees

Initial Consultation: A one-time, 15 minute consultation to determine if I am the right fit for you is free for all services. Click here to book your free initial consultation. 

Psychotherapy & Counselling: I offer evidence-based psychotherapy & counselling for individuals, couples and families. My standard rate is $150/hour, which consists of 45 minutes of direct service, reflecting the experience, training & quality of care provided. This fee includes an additional 15 minutes of documentation, post-session, to meet regulatory standards.

Couples Counselling: $250/80 minute session, plus 10 minutes of documentation. (NB: The free initial consultation is 15 minutes per couple.)

Psychoeducational Counselling: $150/hour, including time spent on documentation. 

Advance Care Planning & End-of-Life Doula: The fees for these services are individualised to the person and their unique needs. They can range from $60 to $100/hour.  Depending upon what is needed, rates can be bundled to provide you with a predictable rate without feeling as if you're "on the clock" during unpredictable times. Please contact me to discuss what it is you and your loved ones are looking for. 

Sliding Scale: If you feel a sliding scale option might be for you, please contact me to discuss availability and eligibility. These sessions are limited to maintain high-quality care for all clients. 

Cancellations: To ensure that I'm able to meet demand for services, please notify me of cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations received with less than 48 hours will be charged the full fee.
